How do I enable POS orders/sales popups/notifications for Shopify?

To enable POS orders/sales popups/notifications for Shopify, go to Sales -> Basic Settings -> Template -> Select Sales Channel -> Point of Sale.

Note: POS orders/sales popups/notifications are turned off by default on the app. You need to enable them manually.

Can I disable the popup for a specific page?

Yes, you can disable the popup for a specific page by going to the Sales -> Other Settings -> Disable Notifications and selecting the available options. Or you can include the below meta in the page code:

Furthermore, if the option is not available on Disable Notifications, then you disable the popups for a specific page by visiting Sales -> “Exclude By URL. Just add the page URL and select the type of popup that you want to hide.

How do I import and export reviews?

Importing Reviews: To import reviews in your store, simply click on the “Import” button. You’ll need to upload a CSV file that follows the required format. Ensure your CSV file is correctly structured according to the guidelines provided, as this will ensure a smooth and error-free import process.

Exporting Reviews: You can do so by clicking the “Export” button. Once you’ve initiated the export, you’ll be prompted to enter an email address where you would like to receive the exported review list. The reviews will be sent to you in a CSV format, making it easy to store or share the information as needed.

For Shopify Users: No, as we are using Shopify & Cloudflare CDNs (Content Delivery Network) with the new OS 2.0 app extension technology, our apps are as fast as your store and we are using some caching techniques that make it even faster. So, our apps will never slow down your website speed. Also, we are using the Shopify API script tag, our code will be added at last when your page content is loaded. So due to the Shopify API script tag, our app will not affect the speed of page loading.

For Wix Users: No, as we are using Cloudflare CDN (Content Delivery Network), our apps are as fast as your store and we are using some caching techniques that make it even faster. So, our apps will never slow down your website speed.
